Activate the security solution using your activation key.Run the installer and follow the installation instructions.Go to the official Kaspersky Lab website and download the installer for the security solution you’ve been using.If that doesn’t work, follow the instructions here. To do that, open the Control Panel, choose Programs and Features, select the security solution, and click Uninstall. If you cannot find your activation key, follow the instructions from this article. Make sure you have your activation key on separate media, be it a piece of paper from the product box, and e-mail in your mailbox, your MyKaspersky account, or somewhere else.
To fix this problem, you’ll need to reinstall your security solution. If you receive an error message saying “Integrity violation,” or “Invalid key file,” or something like that while using Kaspersky Internet Security, Kaspersky Total Security, Kaspersky Anti-Virus, or Kaspersky Free (for example, after installing the product, updating it or updating your operating system), it is a bug/glitch that we are already aware of and have a workaround for.
